Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

About the role

Grab is hiring a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst for its Commercial Systems team, which delivers platforms for Grab's commercial teams. The role sits within the Salesforce delivery squad and translates complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. It is a full-time, onsite position at the One North office, reporting to the Lead Business Analyst, Salesforce Delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Translate partner requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions through interviews, workshops, use cases and workflow mapping.
• Create structured documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications) and manage backlog grooming and prioritisation.
• Lead UAT and SIT readiness, guide test script execution and ensure traceability back to requirements.
• Identify design bottlenecks, propose automation and streamline configurations to reduce technical debt.
• Manage configuration and solutioning hands-on, including flows, validation rules, security model, reports, dashboards, record types and third-party integrations.
• Shape upstream demand, align requests to roadmap themes and support large-scale programmes such as Sonic.
• Escalate unclear requirements early and support SIT/UAT planning and hypercare transition with vendor teams.

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or equivalent in a multi-cloud environment (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Experience leading partner engagements, facilitating workshops, documenting requirements and running Agile ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience managing testing phases, creating test cases and resolving test blockers.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst.

Required skills

• Salesforce configuration and design: Flows, Process Builder, Reports, Dashboards, Permission Sets, SOQL/SOSL, Data Models, Shield Encryption.
• Salesforce DevOps tooling such as GitLab, Copado and Jenkins.
