Senior Security Engineer

About the role

Elion Solutions is looking for a Senior Security Engineer to drive Security‑by‑Design initiatives, automate governance workflows and build AI‑driven threat correlation capabilities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance ARC and SRP workflows to resolve audit findings and meet security control requirements.
• Design and implement AI‑driven correlation across multiple security data sources to improve threat detection.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, reports and monitoring tools to support security operations.
• Provide application and technical support for security solutions, troubleshoot workflow and integration issues, and ensure operational stability.
• Operationalise Security‑by‑Design frameworks, maintain documentation and SOPs, and track control effectiveness.
• Support audit reviews, evidence collection and regulatory compliance activities.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Application Security and Security‑by‑Design concepts.
• Experience with workflow automation, process engineering and security governance, risk and compliance.
• Familiarity with AI/ML‑enabled analytics for advanced security monitoring.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+ or equivalent.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments.

Required skills

• Power BI, Tableau or Splunk for security data visualisation.
• Jira, ServiceNow and other workflow management platforms.
• AI/ML analytics and correlation technologies.
• Automation of security controls and audit remediation processes.
