Senior Specialist, Marketing and Communications, SEA

About the role

FENDI is seeking a Senior Specialist to drive brand awareness across Southeast Asia through high‑impact marketing, communications, and event initiatives. Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communication, SEA and Australia, you will shape regional campaigns while ensuring alignment with global brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and communications plans that support regional brand objectives.
• Prepare event proposals, marketing plans, and budget forecasts with a focus on event‑led strategies.
• Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost‑effective allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with merchandising, retail, visual merchandising, and omni‑channel teams for integrated campaign execution.
• Track competitor activities and provide market intelligence to inform planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with press, media, KOLs, and celebrities to maximize event publicity.
• Support PR and KOL strategies, negotiate media partnerships, and oversee sample buys and inventory for PR activities.
• Conceptualise, plan, and execute product launches, exclusive PR events, client activations, and in‑store experiences.
• Manage vendor selection, contracts, logistics, and on‑site coordination for events.
• Conduct post‑event analysis, including ROI assessment, media coverage, and budget reconciliation.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Significant experience in marketing, communications, PR, and event management within a luxury or consumer‑brand environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams and external partners.
