Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑month contract)

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will support organisation‑wide talent acquisition strategies for the corporate headquarters in Singapore. Working closely with business leaders, you will translate manpower plans into effective sourcing and hiring actions for both immediate and long‑term needs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to source talent locally and regionally.
• Develop clear job descriptions and compelling advertisements.
• Optimise recruitment channels, manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Provide recruitment insights, market intelligence and hiring trend analysis.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including screening, interviews, offers and salary negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, track metrics and deliver a consistent candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to attract and hire for engineering and technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience with HR systems and recruitment reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
