Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Julius Baer is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles. You will ensure a high‑quality candidate experience and help build a diverse, high‑performing workforce that aligns with the bank’s values and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, professional networks, events and other channels.
• Advertise openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and advise on best recruitment practices.
• Promote Julius Baer’s employer brand at recruiting events and through employer‑branding initiatives.
• Manage offer negotiations, initiate employment agreements and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Track recruitment metrics, report on strategy effectiveness and provide data‑driven insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition Desk as a strategic sparring partner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar recruiting role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques and interview methodologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and French.
• Result‑driven with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Workday (Applicant Tracking System) proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, data visualisation, etc.).
