Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Southeast Asia

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end-to-end recruitment for ENGIE’s Southeast Asia operations. Working closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners, you will attract, assess and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units and geographies in Southeast Asia.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using direct sourcing, job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and agencies.
• Provide market insights, talent availability data and hiring recommendations to influence timely decisions.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, local labor regulations and maintain accurate ATS data.
• Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Engage and manage external recruitment agencies when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience with regional exposure in Southeast Asia.
• Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment for diverse roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Hands-on sourcing expertise and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using recruitment analytics to drive decisions.
