Senior Talent Sourcer – APAC & China (12‑month contract)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Global Talent Sourcing team on a 12‑month contract. You will help a world‑renowned brand attract top talent across APAC and China, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Design and lead sourcing strategies for hard‑to‑fill roles across Singapore, China, India, Japan and other APAC markets.
• Conduct market mapping to identify target organisations and talent pools.
• Identify, engage and assess candidates using creative sourcing techniques, including networks and referrals.
• Present talent insights, market trends and candidate profiles to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple sourcing projects, anticipate challenges and adapt strategies to meet timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, either agency or in‑house.
• Successful track record sourcing for complex, hard‑to‑fill roles across multiple Asian markets.
• Strong project‑management abilities and comfort communicating with both stakeholders and passive candidates.
• Deep understanding of APAC and China talent markets.
