Senior Technical Product Manager

About the role

The company builds proactive, AI-native applications for everyday tasks such as communication, coordination and collaboration, aiming to bring intelligence to users' workflows with minimal prompting. Its first product is an agent-first mobile communication app. It is looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Define product roadmaps, requirements and success metrics for assigned product areas
• Identify user needs and turn them into product features, workflows and specifications
• Evaluate technical approaches with engineering, balancing performance, reliability, usability and development effort
• Lead product development from planning and design through testing, launch and improvement
• Analyse user behaviour, product performance and experiments to improve adoption, engagement and retention
• Assess market opportunities, competing products and user feedback to guide product priorities

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, including shipping technology products
• Experience owning complex products or workflows end-to-end, from problem definition and technical scoping through launch and production iteration
• Proven track record of improving adoption, engagement, retention or business outcomes through shipped products

Required skills

• Strong system design knowledge and the ability to evaluate architecture, data models, integrations, reliability and performance trade-offs
• Ability to challenge technical proposals, identify architectural risks and work with engineering to resolve complex product and system constraints
• Ability to balance quality, latency, reliability, development cost and time-to-market
• Strong analytical judgment and experience designing experiments, interpreting metrics and making investment decisions based on evidence
• Nice to have: experience with distributed systems, complex integrations, AI/ML or LLM-based products, and workflow automation
