Senior Technician – Facility Maintenance (Parkway Parade)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technician (or Senior Technician) to join Lendlease’s facilities team at Parkway Parade. The role will support the Building Manager and Supervisor in keeping the centre’s mechanical and electrical services running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline engineering support for mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance according to schedule.
• Maintain and repair M&E equipment, tools and materials.
• Conduct site inspections, data logging and preliminary troubleshooting of M&E issues.
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards, house rules and local regulations.
• Document maintenance, repair and service activities accurately.
• Manage and supervise contractors and service providers to ensure smooth operation.
• Respond to tenant complaints related to M&E services and maintain high satisfaction.
• Participate in fire‑safety exercises and adhere to related guidelines.
• Assist with tenancy fit‑out coordination, project set‑up and promotional events.

Required profile

• NTC3 or NITEC equivalent in Building Services, Facility Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1–2 years experience maintaining a commercial shopping or office complex.
• Familiarity with local M&E codes of practice and authority regulations.
• Willingness to work shift duties, weekends and public holidays.
