Senior Trade Marketing Executive (1 Year Contract)

About the role

Guerlain, a luxury French perfume and cosmetics brand owned by LVMH, is looking for a Senior Trade Marketing Executive on a 1-year contract in Singapore. The role covers trade marketing across more than 10 retailers in Southeast Asia and Oceania, plus e-commerce coordination and product launch support.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of trade marketing initiatives across 10+ SEA and Oceania retailers, developing retailer-specific plans aligned with their objectives, shopper profile, budget and commercial priorities.
• Prepare customised marketing presentations and activation proposals, and research and propose retailtainment concepts suited to local consumer trends.
• Coordinate with Regional Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, VM, Retail Excellence and retailers to deliver activations on time.
• Manage GWP planning, including fast, order, shipment tracking and allocation, and track project timelines, budgets and post-activation performance.
• Lead day-to-day e-commerce coordination, review retailer platforms and recommend improvements to product visibility, customer journey, content and campaigns, and manage online GWP schemes and promotions.
• Monitor e-commerce performance and provide insights to optimise future campaigns.
• Monitor product launch performance, consolidate results and feedback, and prepare post-launch analysis and recommendations.
• Support the execution of 10+ trade marketing projects per year and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to deliver them on schedule.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing and project management, ideally within the beauty or luxury sector.
• Strong market awareness and curiosity about industry trends.
• Creative, innovative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
