Senior Travel Consultant - Publicity Entertainment

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Travel Consultant specialized in publicity and entertainment to join our remote team serving clients in Singapore. In this role you will provide expert travel advice and personalised service to A‑list talent, publicists, press and group bookings, ensuring seamless journeys from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming travel requests via phone, email and other channels, offering creative solutions that meet publicist requirements and budget constraints.
• Book and manage domestic and international airfares, accommodations, meet‑and‑greet services, chauffeured cars, lounge access and other VIP amenities.
• Process amendments, cancellations and schedule changes, updating travel manifests, itineraries and back‑office invoicing.
• Provide up‑to‑date visa, entry restriction and pandemic‑related travel guidance.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues to deliver a “follow‑the‑sun” service model.

Required profile

• Proven experience in entertainment or VIP travel.
• Strong knowledge of global geography and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work flexible hours and operate independently.
• Excellent customer service, problem‑resolution and pressure‑handling skills.
• Experience working with international teams and handling small or large groups.
