Senior Workday Integration Developer (SuccessFactors Preferred)

About the role

A multinational organisation with a large regional workforce and a strong focus on HR technology transformation is looking for an experienced HRIS Integration Developer in Singapore. The role leads integration delivery across Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, from requirements gathering and technical design through deployment, production support, troubleshooting and release management. SuccessFactors experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support Workday integrations to ensure accurate HR data exchange
• Analyse requirements and deliver effective integration solutions
• Configure, test, deploy and troubleshoot integrations
• Monitor interfaces and resolve integration issues
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders on integration changes
• Maintain technical documentation and support processes
• Enhance existing Workday integrations for improved performance

Required profile

• At least 5 years of hands-on Workday integration development experience
• Experience delivering end-to-end Workday integration projects
• Experience supporting HR, payroll or HCM integrations
• Strong troubleshooting, testing and production support skills
• Ability to work with stakeholders and document technical solutions

Required skills

• Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, APIs, Reporting and RaaS
• REST, SOAP, XML, JSON and SFTP
• SAP SuccessFactors experience is a plus
• Exposure to SAP CPI/Integration Suite or multi-country HR environments is advantageous
