Senior/Analyst (Training), Medical Informatics Office

About the role

SingHealth's Medical Informatics Office is looking for a Senior/Analyst (Training) on a 2-year contract. You will help design, implement and support the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system, supporting the leads of your assigned workgroups.

Key responsibilities

• Support workgroup leads in requirements analysis, content build and functional testing of the system
• Provide user training and coordinate with IT project and systems teams to build and implement solutions for clinical orders, medication administration and documentation
• Do secretariat work for workgroups: coordinate meetings, prepare materials and track issues and training status across the project cycle
• Provide on-site user support during implementation and take on-call shifts to troubleshoot and track issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Preferred: experience in clinical information systems, IT project management and in a healthcare environment
• Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience may be considered for the Senior Analyst post
• Advantage: certification in the Epic electronic medical record system
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, with good stakeholder management and communication skills
