Senior/Assistant Director, Patient Financial Services (Billing & Credit Management)

About the role

The Senior/Assistant Director will provide strategic oversight and governance for the Patient Financial Services (PFS) billing operations across the hospital. This senior leader will ensure that billing, revenue cycle management, training, capability development, and system transformation are aligned with the organization’s objectives and executed with operational discipline and financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance management of PFS billing functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Direct senior managers, review operational performance, and guide the implementation of policies, systems, and initiatives.
• Strengthen internal controls and drive continuous improvement across the department.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align billing processes with the broader healthcare financing ecosystem.
• Oversee transformation projects, change management activities, and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in healthcare finance operations, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience in strategy development, transformation, change management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.
