Senior/Assistant Manager, Supportive & Palliative Care (Education)

About the role

The National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS) is a leading tertiary cancer centre in Singapore. Its Division of Supportive and Palliative Care (DSPC) has an administrative team supporting clinical, research, educational, quality improvement and innovation functions. This role provides comprehensive administrative support so the division can deliver on those functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Head of Department in managing administrative tasks and coordinating work distribution within the team
• Prepare educational materials and resources for learners
• Manage educational programmes for learners and educators
• Provide regular reports through data collation and statistical analysis of education-related KPIs, for internal stakeholders and external funders
• Assist in departmental work planning and budgeting
• Organise educational meetings, including preparing materials, taking minutes and following up on action items

Required profile

• University degree with 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent secretarial and administrative skills
• Ability to work independently with initiative and creativity while functioning well as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience in healthcare education and team management is advantageous

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva is an advantage
