Senior/Principal Consultant – Private Equity & Investments

About the role

We are seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant to lead private equity and investment searches for our clients across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Based in Singapore, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment processes, build relationships with senior executives and deliver tailored search solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle executive search assignments for private equity and investment roles.
• Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts and candidate pipelines.
• Conduct market research, assess client needs and design search strategies.
• Lead client meetings, present candidate shortlists and negotiate offers.
• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with researchers and administrative support.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive search or recruitment within private equity, investment banking or related financial services.
• Strong ability to engage senior executives and influence decision‑makers.
• Detail‑oriented, innovative and committed to high‑quality delivery.
• Willingness to learn, develop a career and potentially mentor a team.
