Senior/Staff Nurse – 24‑Hour Urgent Care

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior/Staff Nurse to join our 24‑Hour Urgent Care centre. The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, uphold the highest clinical standards, and contribute to a safe, patient‑centred environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general and acute nursing care to patients in the urgent care unit.
• Maintain nursing care standards and comply with hospital quality systems and procedures.
• Work rotating three‑shift schedules, five days a week, ensuring continuous coverage.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient treatment plans.
• Monitor patient safety, document care accurately, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Nursing and registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum three years of experience in a Hospital A&E or similar emergency setting.
• Willingness and ability to work shift hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong commitment to patient safety, quality care, and compassionate service.
• Adaptable, resilient, and able to start work immediately is an advantage.
