About the role
Hytech, a management consulting firm based in Australia and Singapore that specialises in digital transformation for fintech and financial services companies, is looking for a highly driven SEO Lead. This senior role leads the planning and execution of SEO initiatives on a global scale, working closely with editorial, product and outreach teams. The SEO Lead sets the vision, drives measurable results, mentors the team and stays hands-on in competitive markets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and oversee global SEO strategies, aligned with global marketing and business goals.
- Define and track monthly SEO KPIs (clicks, CTR, average position, SOV, keyword rankings) and turn analytics into actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities and gaps, and manage the creation of outreach domain lists to grow authority.
- Oversee AI-powered SEO initiatives, ensuring compliance, accuracy and adherence to E-E-A-T standards.
- Run competitor, keyword and market analyses across multiple regions to inform strategy.
- Manage the global SEO team, share best practices and build SEO capability across the team.
