Service Crew – Customer Service & Food Preparation

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Service Crew members to join our outlet in Singapore. In this entry‑level position you will be the face of the brand, delivering friendly service and supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and perform housekeeping duties.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures of the outlet.
• Prepare and serve food items to customers.
• Promote menu items and upsell to guests.
• Handle cashiering duties and manage cash transactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through skillful interaction.
• Build rapport with guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Possession of a Food & Beverage Hygiene Certificate.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to quality service.
• Strong focus on service excellence and basic food‑and‑beverage knowledge.
