Service Management Support (Contract)

About the role

BCS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Network For Electronic Transfers (NETS) and part of the NETS Group, manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure such as FAST, IBG, CTS, PayNow and SGQR. Its Service Hub division supports BCS and its participants, handling onboarding, regulatory reporting, certificate management, issue resolution and service processing. The Service Management Support position is the first point of contact for external customers, manning the service desk and supporting the team lead in delivering the division's strategies and objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the service desk and deliver consistent, high-quality customer service by email and phone
• Oversee certificate management: process applications and requests, prepare and send notifications, arrange appointments and onboard new participants while keeping accurate records
• Prepare billing reports for Finance to facilitate invoice generation
• Maintain and replenish daily inventory needed to meet user requests
• Follow established procedures and controls, and follow up promptly on reported issues until resolved

Required profile

• Diploma in any discipline or "A" Level with experience
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail, with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A self-starter who is a resourceful, active team player
• Customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills
