Service Sales Engineer / Manager - NPE Service

About the role

GEA is looking for a Service Sales Engineer / Manager in Singapore to drive profitable growth in its NPE service business. The role builds strong customer relationships, executes service sales strategies and promotes GEA service solutions across the installed base.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and grow NPE service revenue and margin in Singapore in a consistent and sustainable way.
• Deliver service sales KPIs including order intake, gross margin, digital products and individual performance targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships in Singapore.
• Develop and run Key Account Management strategies for major customers, including stakeholder mapping, OPEX planning and maintenance strategy alignment.
• Promote the full range of GEA service offerings, such as first service offers, spare parts packages, service agreements, audits, training, digital products and upgrades.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM pipelines, business plans and sales forecasts.
• Lead and support continuous improvement in the service sales team and work closely with service support, field service and project execution teams.
• Visit customer sites as required, with remote specialist guidance when needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the service business; more experience considered for a senior role.
• Proven B2B service sales experience for complex processing lines, including costing, commercial negotiations and frontline sales.
• Technical sales experience in process engineering systems (spray drying, powder handling, packing, liquid processing) in the food and dairy industry is an advantage.
• Experience in Key Account Management is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills in English.
• Self-driven, commercially minded, accountable and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
