Servicedesk Engineer – First‑Line IT Support in Singapore

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Servicedesk Engineer to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our IT support staff, you will provide first‑line technical assistance to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless IT operations within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond promptly to service requests via phone, email, or ticketing system
• Troubleshoot and resolve common user problems efficiently
• Document solutions and maintain accurate records of incidents
• Collaborate with other IT team members for complex escalations

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support or servicedesk role
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS environments and common applications
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced office environment
