Shipping Coordinator – Import (West) – 5 Days

About the role

The Shipping Coordinator will oversee daily import operations for the West region, handling both full‑container‑load (FCL) and less‑than‑container‑load (LCL) shipments as well as air freight. The role ensures accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily import operations and coordinate bookings.
• Prepare shipping documents such as Booking Confirmations, Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders and permits for FCL, LCL and air shipments.
• Issue invoices and respond to customer enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, including dangerous goods declarations, permits and trucking arrangements.
• Work closely with customers to follow up bookings and resolve issues.

Required profile

• GCE O Level or Diploma in Logistics Management (or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in import logistics or freight forwarding.

• Permanent contract with a competitive salary of SGD 3,200–3,800 per month.
• Working hours 9 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday.
