About the role

Join a dynamic team as a Shopping Mall Concierge Officer, providing top‑tier assistance to shoppers and tenants in a bustling central mall. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring visitors enjoy a smooth and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to enquiries and assist shoppers or tenants professionally.
• Handle administrative tasks related to gift redemption and voucher sales during promotional activities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the mall’s floor plan, facilities, and services to guide visitors.
• Provide directional assistance and address complaints or suggestions with professionalism.
• Update and manage the customer feedback database and record verbal or written feedback.
• Answer incoming calls and perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “N” Levels qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
