Showroom Assistant – Customer & Showroom Management

About the role

The Showroom Assistant will be the front‑line representative of our flagship store, ensuring an exceptional experience for every visitor. Working closely with the sales and business development teams, you will manage daily showroom operations, support events, and maintain the highest standards of presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage every guest, providing a premium customer experience.
• Manage walk‑ins and pre‑booked showroom visits, coordinating with business developers to increase footfall.
• Use Salesforce CRM to record appointments and follow‑ups.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, merchandising standards, and oversee maintenance with local suppliers.
• Manage marketing tools inventory (catalogues, samples, branded items) and keep displays up‑to‑date.
• Handle sample requests, storage, and place orders through the SAP HANA system.
• Assist in planning and executing approximately two events per month.
• Respond to general enquiries via email or phone and support the sales team with sample preparation and shipments.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing orientation with a client‑centric mindset.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to serve Chinese‑speaking customers.
• Passion for architecture and design.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HANA.

What we offer

• Permanent contract.
• Monthly salary range SGD 3,500‑4,000.
• Working hours: Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑7 pm.
