Site Coordinator (Railway/Train Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Coordinator to manage railway and train operations at our Singapore site. The role ensures that work areas are prepared, trains run safely, and daily activities are coordinated efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate work trains and liaise with multiple teams to align daily plans.
• Prepare and verify site readiness before train arrivals or work commencement.
• Monitor safety controls and respond promptly to delays, equipment issues, or changes in the work plan.
• Support supervisors and assist the Site Manager/Project Manager in manpower and railway activity coordination.
• Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders regarding operational updates.

Required profile

• Diploma in an engineering discipline or GCE A‑Levels.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in railway, train, or related transport operations.
• Relevant local qualifications or equivalent experience.
