About the role
We are seeking a qualified Site Engineer to oversee construction activities and ensure projects progress according to schedule and quality standards. The role involves planning, implementing, and monitoring work on site while coordinating with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities and monitor progress against the master and detailed work program.
- Liaise with the Professional Engineer on temporary works and with consultants (QPS) for technical issues.
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors and resolve technical and engineering problems.
- Provide guidance to supervisors, maintain quality standards, and conduct site inspections.
- Prepare reports, method statements, and other documentation as required.
- Manage and monitor workers to ensure a safe and orderly site environment.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
