Site Supervisor – Building Projects

About the role

The Site Supervisor supports the Site Engineer in managing daily construction activities on building projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and ensure that all work meets the required specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Liaise with subcontractors on work methods, sequencing, and on‑site logistics.
• Monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist in manpower and resource scheduling, daily man‑hour reporting, and resolution of site issues.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep the project on schedule.
• Supervise subcontractor work to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
• Promote and enforce safety practices throughout the workplace.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and detail documents.
• Successfully completed at least one building project.
