About the role
Fuku is hiring a Site Supervisor for plumbing and sanitary works in Singapore. The role supervises P&S works on site and coordinates with the main contractor, workers and subcontractors, ensuring work follows drawings and schedule while keeping site safety and quality under control.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise plumbing and sanitary works on site
- Coordinate with the main contractor, workers and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings and schedule
- Monitor site safety and quality of work
- Attend site meetings when required
- Prepare simple site reports and work progress updates
- Resolve site issues and keep daily operations running smoothly
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of plumbing and sanitary site supervision experience in Singapore
- Experience working with Singapore construction subcontractors
- Able to read construction drawings
- Good knowledge of plumbing and sanitary installation works
- Able to coordinate with workers and site personnel
- Responsible, hands-on and able to work independently
