SNR Engineer, FECOS cPIE Standardized

About the role

Micron is hiring a FECOS cPIE Standardization & Metrics Engineer (SNR Engineer) to lead a team focused on standardizing and measuring the effectiveness of Best-Known Methods (BKMs) across its fabs. The role covers metrics development, change adoption, automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Drive alignment and standardization of BKMs across various fabs
• Develop metrics to measure standardization, sustainability, scalability and synchronization of BKMs
• Identify gaps in current programs and use SMART metrics to improve program effectiveness and efficiency
• Transform yield SEAL and SWATs to support FECOS missions and improve network resource and talent leverage
• Implement organizational change management methods and tools to speed adoption and capture project return on investment
• Use judgment and persuasion to encourage adoption of required changes
• Drive productivity and eliminate inefficiency through automation and AI solutions
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams on yield reports and business processes, and promote cPIE team alignment through metrics standardization, data automation and visualization, and performance monitoring
• Engage team members, drive accountability and maintain an inclusive, diverse workplace
• Manage internal and worldwide meetings efficiently and maintain knowledge of equipment and material safety
• Build strong relationships with peers and managers in FECOS, Fab, FE PMO, PROCT, Global Quality, Supply Chain and DTG, and travel to Micron sites as needed

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 2 years of experience in an engineering field
• Proven ability to collaborate globally and influence indirectly to drive resourcing to critical projects
• Proven ability to handle complexity and use resources effectively
• Record of performance excellence and demonstrated leadership characteristics
• Ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups

• Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred
• Automation tools (UiPath RPA, Power Automate) preferred
