Social & Community Marketing Manager

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Social & Community Marketing Manager to shape and execute regional social media strategies. You will design on‑brand content programs, drive consumer engagement, and connect media and influencers with the Sephora brand across the SEA and Oceania markets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor social trends and competitor activity in the beauty industry and develop community‑focused strategies for each country.
• Design and scale influencer programmes (micro and nano), including market assessment, go‑to‑market plans and operational models.
• Manage creator content for organic and paid campaigns, coordinating with media, legal and brand teams on planning, delivery, contracts and usage rights.
• Analyse social performance metrics, generate insights and optimise campaigns to increase share of voice and engagement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent brand messaging across owned and earned channels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital and social media marketing, preferably within the beauty sector.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing and community building.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into compelling social strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on social performance metrics.
