Social Media Marketing Executive / Content Creator

About the role

Fuku is hiring a Social Media Marketing Executive / Content Creator in Singapore. The role starts by strengthening the company's and its subsidiaries' social media presence through strategic content planning and audience engagement, then expands to managing external clients and building social media strategies aligned with their branding and business goals. The salary range is $3,000-$5,000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, RedNote, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Manage content calendars, content creation and publishing schedules.
• Create short-form videos, visual assets and copy.
• Monitor metrics, audience engagement and content performance.
• Work with internal teams to align content with brand positioning and marketing objectives.
• Manage social media accounts and campaigns for external clients, developing platform-specific strategies.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance, prepare performance reports and give data-driven recommendations.
• Progressively lead the team and oversee client campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Experience in client management or a digital marketing agency is an advantage.
• Creative, analytical and results-oriented, with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content marketing and audience engagement.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
