About the role

PwC is seeking a Technical Lead to join its Business Application Consulting team. The role involves leading a software development team that delivers both tactical and strategic projects, acting as a bridge between business objectives and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a software development team delivering multiple projects.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership and oversee the full software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, executive management, and engineers to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Lead proof‑of‑concept initiatives and design robust technical architectures.
• Ensure security, risk, and quality standards through code reviews, merges, and adherence to coding standards.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery across all environments, meeting agreed quality, time, and budget specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a software product or commercial software company.
• Strong engagement‑management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
