Software Development Consultant – AI & Full-Stack

About the role

We are an international consulting group helping clients transform engineering challenges through digital technologies. As a Software Development Consultant you will lead the design and delivery of modern, AI‑enhanced full‑stack solutions for a range of customers.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical leader for AI‑driven and distributed system projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust full‑stack applications, contributing to both frontend and scalable backend components.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, security, and maintainability.
• Build and integrate AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and cloud AI/ML services.
• Define cloud‑native, event‑driven, and microservices architectures.
• Prepare technical proposals that align with business objectives.
• Provide trusted technical advice to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge through training and architecture discussions.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging generative AI technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills in an international environment.
• Extensive experience in full‑stack software development.

Required skills

• React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux or Zustand.
• Node.js (NestJS or Express) or Python (FastAPI, Django).
• Design and implementation of RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
• Microservices architecture.
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models, LangChain, LangGraph.
• Integration of AI services such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI.
• Understanding of Retrieval‑Augmented Generation, embeddings, vector search, AI pipelines.
• Experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud services.
