About the role
We are looking for a skilled Backend Software Engineer to join our SaaS platform team focused on healthcare solutions. You will design, build, and deploy distributed systems on public cloud environments, contributing to a culture of grassroots innovation and continuous learning.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement on‑premise and cloud‑based systems with a focus on scalability and security.
- Build and maintain high‑availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
- Develop and optimise data platform solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in agile sprints.
- Continuously monitor and enhance system performance.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in backend development.
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience conducting peer code reviews to maintain code quality.
- Ability to work effectively in agile, cross‑functional teams.
