Software Engineer – C#/.NET/SQL

About the role

Join Sonova’s Digital Work Order Management team as a Software Engineer focused on building and enhancing a distributed platform using C#.NET, and SQL. You will work in an agile, global environment, contributing to both core application development and the integration of machine‑learning outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain libraries, web services, and desktop applications for the DWOM platform.
• Implement new features and optimise existing components in a Windows environment.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines using tools such as TFS, GitHub, TeamCity, and Azure DevOps.
• Manage component deployment through WiX installers.
• Collaborate with international teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality software.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in C#/.NET development.
• Strong grasp of software design principles and performance‑focused SQL optimisation.
• Fluent English communication skills and a proactive, team‑oriented mindset.
