Solution Consultant – Pre‑Sales

About the role

We are looking for a Solution Consultant (Pre‑Sales) to join our Singapore team. In this role you will work closely with sales, account management and delivery teams to design functional solutions that address complex business and regulatory challenges for leading financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and account management to translate client objectives and regulatory drivers into value‑driven solution proposals.
• Lead solution discovery and shaping sessions, own the functional narrative and coordinate with architects, product specialists and delivery managers.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and executive‑level presentations focused on business outcomes.
• Manage RFI/RFP processes, producing clear and competitive functional responses.
• Analyse market trends, competitive solutions and regulatory developments to position our offerings strategically.
• Support new client acquisition and expansion opportunities through consultative selling.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a Solution Consultant, Pre‑Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer or similar role within Banking, Wealth Management or FinTech.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage C‑level executives and senior business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, wealth management practices and financial services business models.
• Hands‑on experience leading RFI/RFP processes with attention to detail.
