Key responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapies, body treatments, and wellness services tailored to client needs.
• Conduct client consultations, offering confident recommendations on spa products and treatments.
• Manage guest enquiries and appointment bookings to guarantee a seamless premium experience.
• Maintain strict hygiene standards by sanitising work areas, changing linens, and sterilising equipment before each use.
• Prepare treatment products and oversee inventory replenishment for smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a massage or spa therapist.
• Valid massage certification (e.g., ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent).
• Customer‑oriented with a warm personality and excellent personal grooming.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with premium clients.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and after‑hours as rostered.

Required skills

• Massage therapy certification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, etc.).
• Professional massage techniques.
