Staff Marketing Scientist

About the role

Snap Inc is looking for a Staff Marketing Scientist to join its Measurement Team in Singapore. You will support regional sales leadership and advertisers across Australia and India, driving ROI through advanced measurement and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Own measurement strategy, operations, goals and learning plans for key partners and large verticals.
• Drive performance improvement via experimental design, causal analytics and ad‑efficacy solution prototyping.
• Partner with Sales leadership in Australia and India to evaluate and improve Snap’s ad products using measurement frameworks.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, highlighting industry trends, measurement adoption and learning progress.
• Conduct market‑level meta‑analyses, ads efficacy research and develop playbooks grounded in scientific analysis.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of measurement concepts, statistical fundamentals and the ads‑efficacy ecosystem.
• 10+ years of advanced analytics and measurement experience in technology, media, consulting or research.
• Proven ability to communicate complex martech concepts to executive audiences.
• Experience working with top advertisers across brand and direct‑response measurement.

• Proficiency with SPSS.
