Staff Nurse – Dialysis Center

About the role

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Staff Nurse to join its dialysis centre in Woodlands, Singapore. You will deliver life‑sustaining dialysis treatments, build trusted relationships with patients and families, and work with cutting‑edge medical technology to improve the health of people with chronic kidney disease.

Key responsibilities

• Perform pre‑, intra‑ and post‑dialysis clinical assessments and monitor patient progress.
• Administer haemodialysis treatments, ensuring safe and high‑quality therapy delivery.
• Review blood test results and report abnormalities to the Medical Director.
• Educate patients on diet, fluid, medication and blood pressure management.
• Monitor the water treatment system and dialysis fluids to guarantee treatment safety.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the Therapy Data Management System (TDMS) and EuClid Clinical Information system.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing with registration on the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in Singapore (or equivalent for foreign applicants).
• Advanced training in haemodialysis or prior renal nursing experience is a plus.
• Current, valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
