Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse – Polyclinics & Private Clinics

About the role

RN Care is seeking qualified nurses to join its network of polyclinics and private specialist clinics across Singapore. You will deliver hands‑on patient care, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure high‑quality clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage intravenous lines safely.
• Observe, monitor and record patients' conditions throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate relevant information to doctors.
• Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals to provide critical nursing care.
• Ensure proper documentation of nursing notes in the clinic.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic’s Nurse Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.

Required skills

• Medication administration.
• Intravenous line management.
• Patient monitoring.
• Clinical documentation.
