Store Manager – Flagship Cafe & Fintech Hub

About the role

As the Store Manager of Longbridge Café in Singapore, you will lead a flagship space that merges premium coffee culture with fintech innovation. You will be responsible for operational excellence, team performance, and driving user growth for the Longbridge ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi‑floor operations, visual merchandising, crowd flow and cleanliness.
• Manage third‑party specialty coffee vendors, supply chain and inventory, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Singapore statutory regulations and act as liaison with property management.
• Own the store budget, monitor P&L metrics and drive cost efficiency.
• Build premium client relationships and facilitate financial consultations.
• Plan and execute community activations, VIP financial seminars and private corporate events.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Implement on‑site growth initiatives to increase foot traffic and acquire new platform users.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing, product and business development teams to align the physical footprint with broader growth objectives.
• Analyze store performance KPIs, foot‑traffic patterns and customer feedback to optimise ROI.
• Recruit, onboard and mentor an agile team, set clear KPIs, manage scheduling and provide continuous coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Proven experience managing multi‑floor retail or café operations.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to manage budgets, monitor P&L and drive financial sustainability.
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory and safety requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
