Store Manager

About the role

As a Store Manager at Givenchy, you will lead the boutique with an ownership mindset, ensuring the highest standards of people leadership, client experience, and commercial performance. You will be the face of the Maison, translating its vision into a consistently elevated, welcoming environment for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for store performance, sales, productivity and profitability against targets and KPIs.
• Ensure flawless execution of visual merchandising, client journey and operational processes while protecting brand equity.
• Recruit, develop and retain high‑performing teams, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion and continuous growth.
• Coach team members through regular feedback, performance reviews and development plans.
• Deliver personalised, elevated client experiences and champion clienteling as a strategic approach.
• Build and maintain long‑term, trust‑based relationships with a strong local client base.
• Act as a daily ambassador of Givenchy, upholding brand standards, policies and compliance.
• Promote a positive, motivating environment that encourages open communication and shared accountability.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury or high‑end retail, with a track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Strong people management skills, capable of recruiting, developing and retaining talent.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to convey the Maison’s heritage.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Integrity, professionalism and the ability to act as a brand ambassador.
