Store Supervisor – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

As a Store Supervisor at Tesla in Singapore you will lead a dynamic retail team, overseeing sales, delivery operations and the overall customer experience. You will be the primary coach and business driver, ensuring the store meets its performance targets while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and maximize revenue through excellent customer service, product knowledge and effective merchandise presentation.
• Implement operational policies and procedures to meet customer needs and company goals.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new team members.
• Train, develop and coach staff to consistently achieve company standards.
• Plan and execute store operational projects, events and networking activities.
• Control store expenses, including staffing, supplies and services.
• Maintain merchandise display standards and manage physical inventory.
• Identify and share workflow efficiency improvements with peers and management.
• Represent Tesla professionally with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of retail, industry or key‑account sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team.
• Strong business development and negotiation abilities.
• Logical thinker with excellent data analysis skills.
• Self‑starter with exceptional time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and embrace Tesla’s startup culture.
