About the role

We are a dynamic marketing agency in Singapore seeking a Strategist who is passionate about online culture, consumer behavior, and the fast‑moving world of social media and content marketing. You will shape insightful strategies that inspire creative ideas and drive impactful campaigns for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Servicing and Creative teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on social media trends, platform algorithms, audience behaviors, and competitive strategies.
• Translate digital insights into clear, actionable strategic frameworks for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Write comprehensive creative briefs tailored for social media, content marketing, and PR initiatives.
• Support client presentations, workshops, and discussions, articulating strategic recommendations.
• Assist in post‑campaign analysis, identifying learnings and optimizing future strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, emerging content formats, creator trends, and cultural movements.
• Develop detailed audience profiles and journey maps to guide targeted content.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a strategic role within an advertising, social marketing agency or consultancy.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content marketing principles and experiential marketing.
• Active learner with a forward‑thinking mindset, curious about consumer behavior and cultural trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and persuasive skills.
• Proactive, responsible, accountable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
