About the role

The Structural Coordinator will oversee all structural activities on construction sites across Singapore, ensuring that designs, installations and testing meet regulatory standards and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

Review and verify all structural drawings and related provisions.
Coordinate the work of all structural sub‑contractors.
Ensure structural works comply with relevant authority requirements.
Assist the Quantity Surveyor in measuring completed work.
Organise commissioning and testing of structural installations.
Identify and assess workplace risks, implementing mitigation measures.
Minimise environmental impact associated with construction activities.
Enforce safe work procedures and environmental controls on site.

Required profile

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience on condominium or commercial projects.
