Student Management (Discipline Support)

About the role

The School on Barker Road is seeking a dedicated Student Management professional to provide discipline support across the campus. You will act as a liaison between students, teachers, and parents, ensuring that behavioural incidents are investigated, documented, and resolved in a constructive manner.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preliminary investigations, conduct fact‑finding interviews, obtain statements, compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports.
• Supervise behavioural detention classes (BDC) and Corrective Work Orders (CWO), ensuring students complete meaningful tasks.
• Support in‑house suspension by coordinating with form teachers to maintain learning continuity.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry for late arrivals, offences, and interventions; compile discipline statistics; monitor reporting channels.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and review detention and corrective work processes during holidays.
