About the role
The Student Management Officer will support the school’s disciplinary processes and ensure a safe, orderly environment for students. This role involves monitoring attendance, handling detentions, and assisting with investigations of incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, record, and monitor late‑coming students.
- Oversee detention and suspension cases, including patrols on school premises.
- Support investigations and documentation of disciplinary incidents.
- Provide guidance to students involved in disciplinary cases.
- Perform administrative duties such as updating disciplinary records and incident reports.
- Manage confiscation and return of students' handphones/PLDs.
- Assist with student supervision during assemblies, recess, dismissal, and school events.
Required profile
- GCE ‘N’/‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
