Student Management Support Staff

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Student Management Support Staff to join our school team in Singapore on a contract basis. The role involves handling student case management, providing pastoral support, and assisting with day‑to‑day administrative tasks to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate reported student misconduct incidents and maintain accurate electronic case logs.
• Provide timely updates to school stakeholders and monitor completion of follow‑up actions.
• Facilitate reflection and reconciliation sessions, conduct regular pastoral check‑ins, and support teachers with intervention plans.
• Supervise daily recess suspensions, oversee in‑school suspension sessions, and coordinate related activities.
• Compile regular student management statistical reports and provide general administrative backup for school operations.

Required profile

• Active registration with the Ministry of Education via REMS.
• At least a recognised Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Pleasant disposition with strong team communication skills.
• Prior experience working with primary school students is preferred.
• Training in counselling, behaviour management or restorative practices is an advantage.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications.

• Contract position with a monthly salary of SGD 2,500–2,800.
