About the role

We are seeking a motivated Supervisor to lead our team across Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Key responsibilities

Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
Identify efficiency issues and suggest improvements.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

Required profile

Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
Problem‑solving mindset.
Willingness to work longer hours, stand for prolonged periods, and work weekends/public holidays.
